Clarksville Internet Deals Halloween Giveaway — Official Rules

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor.

Stay United LLC, doing business as Clarksville Internet Deals, 1064 S Riverside Dr, Suite A, Clarksville, TN 37040 (“Sponsor”). Spectrum and Charter Communications are not sponsors of this giveaway and are not responsible for it.

2. Eligibility.

Open to legal residents of Tennessee and Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Cellmart, and Charter Communications, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period.

The giveaway begins October 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time (“Promotion Period”). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 29, 2026 and received by October 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time.

4. How to Enter.

There are two ways to enter. Both receive the same entry and the same chance of winning.

(a) Automatic entry. Complete both of the following through Clarksville Internet Deals during the Promotion Period: (1) complete a new Spectrum Gig Internet installation, and (2) activate an eligible Spectrum Mobile line (new line or port-in) on the same account on the same calendar day as the Gig Internet installation. You will receive one entry once both are complete, provided both are completed by October 31, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time. Service is subject to the provider’s eligibility, availability, and terms.

(b) Free mail-in entry. Hand print your full name, home address, phone number, email address (optional), and the words “I am 18 or older” on a standard postcard. Mail it to: Clarksville Internet Deals Halloween Giveaway, 1064 S Riverside Dr, Suite A, Clarksville, TN 37040. Mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or late entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.

5. Entry Limit.

Limit one entry per person and one entry per household (same residential address) for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Additional entries from the same person or household are void.

6. Drawing.

On October 31, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central Time, at 1064 S Riverside Dr, Suite A, Clarksville, TN, Sponsor will randomly draw four entries from all eligible entries received. The first entry drawn wins the Smart TV, the second wins the Smartphone, and the third and fourth each win a Smartwatch. Limit one prize per person and per household. Winners do not need to be present. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Prizes.

One Smart TV (approximate retail value $300). One Smartphone (approximate retail value $200). Two Smartwatches (approximate retail value $200 each). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $900. No cash substitution or transfer of prizes. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Notification and Claim.

Winners will be contacted by phone or email within 2 days after the drawing. To claim a prize, a winner must pick it up at the store by November 14, 2026 and show a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the entry. A winner who cannot be reached within 5 days, is found ineligible, or does not claim the prize by November 14, 2026 forfeits the prize, and Sponsor will draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Taxes.

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

10. Publicity.

With a winner’s permission, Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and city on its website and social media. No other use of a winner’s name or likeness will be made without separate consent.

11. Privacy.

Information collected through this giveaway is used to run the giveaway and contact winners. Mail-in entrants will not be added to marketing lists unless they ask to be.

12. General Conditions.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify or cancel it and award the prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received before the change. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the giveaway are final.

13. Release.

By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor, Cellmart, Charter Communications, and their employees and agents from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

15. Winners List.

For the names of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address in Rule 4(b), marked “Winners List,” by December 31, 2026.
